Lanaya is a deeply committed student currently immersed in her academic journey at Bowie State University. Her relentless pursuit is a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. With an unwavering dedication to her craft, she has successfully completed the majority of program classes, systematically enhancing her counseling skills. Her educational foundation includes a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology, proudly earned at Morgan State University.

Lanaya’s academic excellence transcends the classroom. She recently showcased her academic prowess by participating in an international graduate conference, where she eloquently presented her groundbreaking research. Her contributions to the field extend beyond academia, as she actively immerses herself in real-world experiences as an intern at the esteemed Washington Area Clinical Center.
