Frequently Asked Questions

Can I receive multiple services from your clinic?

Yes! All clients complete an initial diagnostic evaluation before starting services. During this eval, the clinician will create a comprehensive plan to address all of your needs and the specific services we have that help address your needs. Our patient care team will connect you with each service indicated in your treatment plan.

If I receive two services, will it be with the same provider?

No. You will be assigned a different provider for each service. For example, you will have a different provider for individual v. family counseling.

Can I receive one service from your clinic and another service from an outside clinic?

It depends. In most cases, our office is able to collaborate with other professionals to provide partial treatment. However, some insurances (such as Maryland Medicaid) limit the number of providers you can see at the same time.

Can I receive medication management only and keep my individual therapist?

Yes, IF your individual therapist provides a signed copy of your treatment plan and accompanying referral listing our clinic as the provider of your medication management services. You must also sign this treatment plan.

How long is the wait to receive services?

The wait to be assessed is <7 days. However, our clinic prioritizes matching patients with providers that are the best fit for their unique needs as opposed to scheduling patients with the first available clinician. If your treatment requires specialized experience or expertise, there may be a wait as we locate the best provider.
