Medication Management

Providers are available to prescribe medication for clients with various treatment issues. Before issuing a prescription,  your provider will conduct a thorough medical and health assessment. Your provider will collaboratively formulate a treatment plan that might include lab work, psychological testing, therapy, and/or coordination with your PCP.  

Visits may last between 15-minutes to 1- hour depending on the complexity.

Before Your Visit

Clients must complete paperwork at least 48 hours before the appointment to allow clinicians to review medical records and charts.

Clients seeking ADHD medications must provide the most recent testing/assessment and last prescribed medication order.

Clients seeking controlled substances may be asked to sign additional agreements for treatment. 

Our prescribers will not complete Fitness for Duty, FMLA, or other SSI/SSDI or disability paperwork for clients who have been in treatment for less than 6-months.
