Meet Lizeth, LMSW!

Meet Lizeth!

Lizeth is passionate about supporting children, teens, young adults, and families as they navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, family conflict, attachment issues, identity and self-discovery, emotional regulation, and major life transitions. She also welcomes adults, parents, and caregivers who want a supportive space to strengthen relationships and build practical tools for moving forward. Lizeth uses evidence-based approaches including CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT-informed skills, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Attachment Theory, along with family systems perspectives, to help clients build resilience, regulate emotions, and create meaningful change.

Lizeth provides a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive space where clients can feel seen, heard, and supported. Drawing on her Black American and Venezuelan American background and her bicultural, multiethnic family experience, she understands the importance of culture, race, identity, and community in the healing process, and she meets each client and family where they are, even if they aren’t yet sure where to begin.
