Brigetta is a Licensed Graduate Marriage and Family Therapist committed to treating individuals, couples, and families. Brigetta’s clinical treatment focus encompasses a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, depression, children, adolescents, young adults, relationships, co-parenting, and couples. Her expertise in these areas enables her to provide comprehensive support to individuals and families facing various challenges, fostering resilience and improved well-being.

Brigetta has received specialized training in various areas that enhance her clinical skills. She is a trained general and child access mediator, which equips her with valuable conflict resolution and negotiation techniques. She has also received training in Child Custody mediation, enabling her to navigate the complexities of family dynamics and assist clients in reaching mutually beneficial solutions. Furthermore, Brigetta has undergone Sexual Assault Advocacy training, which provides her with the knowledge and sensitivity necessary to support survivors of sexual assault.

In her therapeutic approach, Brigetta utilizes the Socratic method of guided discovery as her primary communication method with clients. Through this approach, she helps clients identify their thoughts and beliefs, assess the effects of their thoughts and behaviors, and process life events in alignment with their therapeutic goals. Brigetta encourages self-reflection and problem-solving by fostering improved self-awareness in her clients.
