“I believe every person has an inner capacity for healing. Through compassion, authenticity, and curiosity, I strive to help clients reconnect with themselves and find balance in their lives.” -Kennedy Hayes
Kennedy will be joining us in November. If you’re interested in working with him before then, we will begin scheduling assessments with a supervising clinician ahead of their start date. Once Kennedy starts, clients can then be assigned to work with him directly. Register as a new patient here!

Kennedy’s background includes working with individuals navigating life transitions, emotional regulation, and identity development. He has gained experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults through both academic and community-based settings. His areas of clinical focus include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and interpersonal challenges.
Kennedy specializes in working with teens, young adults, adults, and couples who are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life adjustments. He also has experience supporting individuals affected by domestic violence and understand the importance of safety, empowerment, and trust in the healing process. While Kennedy continues to deepen his trauma-informed practice, he remains dedicated to creating a compassionate and supportive environment where clients can process their experiences and build resilience.
Kennedy’s counseling approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and cultural sensitivity. He draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness-Based Techniques, Person-Centered Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care. By tailoring his approach to each client’s unique needs, he aims to foster self-awareness, healing, and personal growth in a supportive and empowering environment.
Kennedy’s ideal clients are individuals or couples who are ready and willing to commit to the challenge of change and personal growth. He enjoys supporting clients through traumatic experiences, life transitions, relationship or identity concerns, stress, and other emotional experiences. His goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their feelings, build confidence, develop effective coping skills, and take meaningful steps toward personal growth and well-being.
