About The Clinician

Christina received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Long Island University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from George Mason University. She plans to pursue formal EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) certification upon receiving her independent licensure.

Christina has clinical experience working with adolescents ages 15 and older, adults, and families across educational, community-based, and outpatient settings. Her experience includes supporting individuals on the autism spectrum, providing therapy and resource support to immigrant and refugee families, and working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, neurodivergence, and major life transitions.

Christina’s clinical focus includes trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, emotional regulation, ADHD and neurodivergence, self-esteem and body image, attachment and relationship concerns, and life transitions.

Christina strives to create a safe, collaborative, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel supported and empowered. Her trauma-informed approach incorporates evidence-based practices, attachment-focused theories, and somatic interventions tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals.

She approaches change as a collaborative process grounded in safety, self-understanding, and self-compassion. Christina works alongside clients to better understand the patterns influencing their lives, develop internal resources, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful and sustainable change.

Her ideal clients include adolescents ages 15 and older and adults, including students and professionals, who are navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, ADHD, neurodivergence, relationship concerns, or significant life transitions. Christina values building authentic therapeutic relationships and helping clients move toward greater emotional well-being, resilience, and personal growth.
