About The Clinician

Amber is a graduate from Pepperdine University with a Master of Clinical Psychology, emphasizing Marriage & Family Therapy emphasis, and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Her past experience includes working at an outpatient mental health clinic, serving adolescents, families, and young adults.

Amber’s ideal clients are individuals, couples, and those in non-traditional relationship dynamics facing personal and relational challenges, identity issues, and systemic stressors that impact their well-being. Her goal is to assist clients in developing healthy, authentic connections with themselves, their loved ones, and their communities, ultimately leading to greater meaning and well-being in their lives.

Amber works from a humanistic-existential lens informed by feminist theory, focusing on clients’ strengths to help them explore and leverage both personal resources and external supports to foster growth and change. She takes a holistic approach, considering intrapersonal, interpersonal, and systemic factors that contribute to clients’ challenges. The therapeutic process provides a space for clients to make meaning of their experiences, fostering self-awareness and personal growth. Amber aims to empower clients to apply their progress beyond the therapeutic setting, creating meaningful change across all areas of their lives.
