About The Clinician

Mona-Lee Belizaire is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker who earned a Master’s degree in Social Work from Florida State University and a Master’s degree in Public Health, with a concentration in Maternal and Child Health, from the University of South Florida. She is passionate about women and supporting them through different life transitions and phases of their lives.  Mona-Lee believes that therapy and the process of change is not a one size fits all approach and requires patience, time, support, and commitment. 

Mona-Lee provides a warm, caring, and empathetic approach to therapy and is committed to her client’s success. As a life-long learner, she consistently looks for ways to incorporate innovative strategies to improve their outcomes and ability to reach their goals. Mona-Lee collaborates with her clients, using a person-centered and solution-focused therapy approach, to ensure a meaningful and impactful therapeutic journey. She believes in acknowledging and celebrating every win that her clients achieve. Her vision is for her clients to be equipped to lead fulfilling lives and reach their fullest potential. Her ideal clients understand that while the therapeutic process is a journey, it is a worthwhile one. They are ready and willing to work, continuing to put one foot in front of the order until they reach their desired destination.
