“Healing begins when we give ourselves permission to be honest about where it hurts. I believe growth is always possible when we lean into truth, grace, and connection—both with ourselves and with others. Every step forward, no matter how small, is evidence that we’re becoming who we were created to be.”

About The Clinician
Patricia is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor with a passion for helping adults move beyond places of misunderstanding and uncover the barriers keeping them from becoming the fullest version of themselves. She earned her B.S. in Journalism and Public Relations from the University of Maryland at College Park, and her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Bowie State University, and has cultivated over 15 years of experience in counseling and advising in educational settings. She brings a warm, grounded presence into her work and integrates her faith subtly and respectfully throughout the therapeutic process for those who desire this form of therapy.
Her interests include women’s issues, self-worth, attachment, blended family dynamics, and the unique challenges faced in singleness and marriage. Patricia is particularly drawn to couples work—whether premarital or committed partnerships—and is committed to helping partners strengthen communication, deepen emotional connection, and navigate conflict with compassion.
Patricia has experience serving diverse adult populations through higher education counseling, psychoeducational support, and faith-informed care. Although she has worked in various settings, she is especially passionate about walking with women and couples through their relational wounds, attachment concerns, and internal struggles.
She believes that therapy is a sacred space where healing, clarity, and growth unfold—and that every person’s journey is worthy, intentional, and deeply meaningful.
Her ideal clients are: adults ages 18 and up seeking to improve their self-worth, heal attachment patterns, or strengthen their romantic relationships. She also enjoys supporting women navigating singleness or marriage, couples seeking deeper connection, and individuals working through blended family challenges or emotional barriers that have kept them feeling stuck.
