About The Clinician
Dr. Rose Harding is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) committed to helping people find strength, healing, and hope. Her path has included work with the Baltimore City Department of Social Services, Prince George’s County Public Schools, and the Afro-American Counseling & Psychotherapy Institute, Inc., along with advanced training at Johns Hopkins University, Harvard, and Bowie State University. These experiences gave her both clinical expertise and a deep respect for the resilience it takes to move forward when life feels overwhelming.
She specializes in trauma recovery and suicide prevention, supporting individuals healing from childhood trauma, sexual violence, and grief. She also work with parents of children struggling with suicidal ideation (SI) or substance use disorders (SUDs), as well as people navigating stress, anxiety, relationship struggles, or major life transitions. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed, ensuring every client feels safe and supported. She believes therapy should be practical as well as healing, giving her clients tools they can use in everyday life. She integrates humor, empathy, and cultural awareness to build trust and create a space where real change can happen.
Whether you are a survivor carrying silent burdens, a parent worried for your child, or simply someone seeking relief from life’s pressures, you don’t have to face it alone. Together, you will work to reduce suffering, restore hope, and build the resilience you need to thrive.
